This month our business of the month is MSE Outdoor Fitness.
MSE Outdoot fitness is your first choice for outdoor fitness on the Wirral. Kev run's classes for both newbies to fitness or seasoned vetran's wanting to take their fitness to the next level.

MSE have classes to suit all and they are ran in Birkenhead Park every Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday. Unlike other companies with MSE they offer a pay as you go for as little as £5 per lesson or you can sign up for unlimited classes if you like. They offer both fitness classes and a running club both designed to help improve your fitness.
