We’re always looking for ways to make things easier for our customers, and this month we’re upgrading the way we handle payments.

We’re moving all direct debit mandates to our new system, powered by Stripe — the same secure, industry-leading platform trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.

Here’s what this means for you:

• Simple setup— if you don't currently have a direct debit set up with us, you may receive an email with a link to confirm your payment details (it only takes a minute)

• Full account access — view invoices, see your unit info, and manage your payments online anytime

• Flexible control — create, update, or cancel your subscription directly through your customer portal
