Thank you for being a loyal Customer of Alliance Self Storage and taking the time to read our newsletter. We have been extremely busy in the background and you will see a few changes around the site and we also need a little help from you. Let us tell you about what we are doing.
Due to changes in the law and to bring everyone on the site on to the same Terms & conditions we need to change the Licence agreements. It is also a good opportunity for us to ensure we have the correct, up to date details for everyone. Some of you have already received emails and Whats App messages from us and we plan to send these out to all Customers over the next month. Attached to the email will be the new agreement for you to complete, sign and send back to us, all this can be done straight from your phone in just a couple of minutes. Important things to note:
StoreProtect
We need to know the value of the goods you have stored with us. This is so that we can make sure that we have the right liability cover in place if anything did go wrong. When completing our new agreement you will be asked the value of the goods you store with us. This is, if they were to be replaced new today. You MUST then select the same amount of cover in the next box and the costs for StoreProtect with us will be displayed. In the following box you will have the option to accept or decline StoreProtect, this is your decision.

Late Payment Charges
As part of the agreement Customers are expected to pay on time and 99% of you do and we appreciate this very very much and thank all of you who pay on time every single month. We do have a few Customers who don't and we spend a lot of time each month chasing these late payments which has an affect on our business' cashflow and costs us time and money to chase.
If you are ever having issues paying us please come and speak to us or call us on 01516529157 straight away and we will always do our best to help.
Late payment fees will only be applied to accounts once invoices are past 30 days due.
This month’s featured business is The Vintage Interior Fairy situated at 124 Seabank Road, New Brighton. Run by Lindsay Hundson who has a passion for upcycling and restoring furniture, her cosy shop is a stockist of environmentally friendly Frenchic Paint and all things restored vintage. It’s a gorgeous and welcoming place to visit, browse and shop. As well as offering workshops and courses to build confidence in upcycling items you already own, Lindsay also delivers a bespoke in situ restoration service. This might be hand painting a small item of furniture, spray painting or paint stripping. Lindsay has the expertise and love of creating something to treasure and cherish from materials and household items you already have and can insire you by passing her knowlege on. Lindsay has also organised a Vintage Fair by the Sea on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th June from 10am to 5pm being held at Vale Park Community Centre. As a thank you to our loyal customers and for reading our newsletter this month’s COMPETITION is the fantastic prize of a place on Lindsay’s Beginners Workshop from 10am-3.30pm being held at Vale Park, Community Centre. (Choose either Sunday 25th August or Sunday 22nd September). These workshops sell out and the day course is worth £65. If you are lucky enough to win you can bring along a small piece of furniture to upcycle. Full instructions and materials will be provided so that you can prepare, and finish the piece, ready to take home.
