It's June, the sun is shining, the birds are chirping and we are back with another exciting newsletter!

New Website And Major Changes
Something to watch out for in the coming months is a change to the customer experience with Alliance. We will be moving onto a software known as 'Stora': a specialty storage interface that will allow us to keep better track of unit availability, payments and will give you, as a customer, an easier way to know what's going on with your unit.
Our Moreton site is already set up on 'Stora' and running smoothly so we are confident that this will only be a benefit to the Alliance family.
You might wonder: What will this mean for me?
- A new and updated website
- A personal customer profile to help you be more up to date with your unit
- Smoother payment transactions and invoicing
It will also mean that we will be going through a 'change-over' process soon. We will be contacting customers bit by bit to set up their new account on Stora. We will aim to make this as easy an experience as possible for everyone.
This process will begin in July with the first few customers and we hope to have everyone signed up by the end of this year.
SSA Approved
In more exciting news... Alliance Storage has finally been recognised as SSA Approved!
This is a very exciting development for us at Alliance and will mean many more opportunities opening up for us in the future.
Moreton
And finally, it's about time for an another Moreton Update!
Moreton is still quietly growing and expanding every day. We currently have a full-capacity site which is great news for us! But we are expecting new batches of containers soon to meet the demand of quotes coming in all the time.

A reminder to all customers that we have been in the process of adding new number signs to our units in Birkenhead. This means that the number on your unit will most likely be different than what it was before. Do not be alarmed, nobody's belongings have been moved, your unit is in the same place it was before, the number on the front has simply been changed.
